If things just aren't working, check the help page and then email us. Please include as much information as possible, such as the following.

• The name of the video you're trying to access.
• The format you're trying to use (Windows Media, QuickTime, podcast, etc.).
• Your operating system (Windows XP, Windows 2000, Fedora Core 4 Linux, Mac OS X, etc.)
• Your browser and version (Firefox 1.5, IE 6)
• Your internet connection (Cable/DSL, 56k dial-up)
• A description of the problem that you're seeing.
