I can't see the videos.

If you're having trouble seeing the videos, the most likely cause is a browser / plugin issue. The first thing to check is the Video Format that you're using. This is located below the video window.

The first line shows what format you are currently using. The link below that let's you switch the format.

Mac users: I've found that on my Mac, Safari generally behaves better than Firefox when handling embedded QuickTime. Please feel free to send a note if you have problems with or comments about this.

DGTV uses standard video formats that are supported by Microsoft and Apple. Windows Media Player and QuickTime usually come pre-installed with Windows or Mac OS, respectively. Click the images below to go to the appropriate download page. Both players are free and easy to use.

Firefox + QuickTime: I get audio, but no video.

There is a known bug with the Firefox Adblock extension. You need to disable "Obj-tabs" in the Adblock preferences. Newer versions of Adblock don't seem to have this problem, so upgrading may work for you as well.

The site doesn't remember the video format that I selected.

If you want your favorite format selection to be remembered when you come back to the site, make sure that you aren't blocking cookies from discgolftv.com.
